INDEPENDENCE SPEECH

‎​It is indeed a time for sober reflections. From Boko Haram killings in the north to militancy in the south, kidnapping business in the east, armed robbery plus unemployment in the west and epileptic power supply plus diseases spanning accross all geographical zones of our richly endowed country. Amidst all this, there is still cause for celebration, though we might be bequeathed with dysfunctional leaders and always bring ethnicity and zoning to the fore of our arguments we are still one all the same and we remain united under the canopy of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If u have no reason to celebrate your country at all then you could celebrate your family and personal achievements. So in the spirit of faith and oneness lets clink glasses and make a toast to Nigeria: HAPPY INDEPENDENCE HAPPY NIGERIA LONG LIFE, UNITY AND PROGRESS lies ahead!!!
